My stay was enjoyable and the place looked great and exactly like the photos. The rate was also a great deal considering the place still looked brand new and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The 3 flights of stairs wasn’t a big deal (no elevator), but since the unit doesn’t have a microwave oven where you can heat the food, you can’t buy your food in bulk to save on multiple up and down the stairs and just reheat them. Getting your car inside was also tricky since the already narrow adjacent road is usually occupied with parked cars, and it takes time for the staff to notice you are about to park so it’s a hassle if there’s a line of cars behind you trying to pass thru the road. But overall a great stay. Will gladly stay again given the opportunity.

Booked this room for just 1900! It honestly exceeded our expectations. Pros: super clean, spotless, has a tv and some board games for additional entertainment, has a nespresso machine and pods, has refillable drinking water, super duper comfy bed pillows & blanket Cons: room is on the 3rd floor, no elevator Overall 5/5, will def recommend and book again!

We really enjoyed our stay there, in fact from an original 2 night booking we added 2 more nights. That’s how we liked the place! The unit was clean when we came in, free of clutter and doesn’t have any unnecessary stuff and only has what we need. As someone who likes coffee, what I also liked was the nespresso machine in the kitchen with pods which they refill when they make up the room. There’s also cooking ware and oven if you want to cook. Internet was fast and we were able to do our zoom meetings without any interruptions. Big windows allowing natural light to the unit. Plus, staff were really friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

The place is new and really beautiful. I paid at a promo rate but i think even at their regular rate, the place is still value for money. It's near Araneta Coliseum so when i attended a concert, the place is really a convenient location. The description said it's a room inside a house? But the place is a whole building with different rooms for rent. What i like the most is you could drop off your luggage and leave it in their lobby hours before your check-in time. The place has no elevator but their staff will assist you to take your belongings to your room. Overall, i had a very nice time here and will be booking again when i travel to Manila.
