The house is located on the central Batumi-Akhaltsikhe road, 47 km from Batumi. There is a beautiful mountainous nature around, in front of the house the river flows where it is possible to swim. On the 1st floor there is a 120-square-meter hall with a fireplace and air conditioning, where banquets and friendly meetings can be organized, karaoke can be turned on and movies can be shown with a projector. On the second floor there is a equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
