Newly renovated room with marble stone rain shower, jets and a nice corner bench to sit and relax. Flat mounted smart Tv with basic cable. Pet friendly home with 1 small 12yr old female Yorkie. Large front yard with Rock landscaping that adds a bit of beauty and serenity. Natural stone flooring, marble shower with full bathroom.

Great host, would come back again!!
We had a wonderful stay. Extremely flexible with our schedule, gave wonderful recommendations to the arts district. Had breakfast and tea in the mornings. Would love to stay here again if we come back. We were able to enjoy the resort parties and nightlife without all the fees that come with staying right on the strip.

Our stay was just for one night, but met our needs. Michael was very friendly and helpful and had good breakfast options for the morning. Great area to walk. He also was very helpful in our one night stay in Vegas to see the area. Nice place he was great.

10-20 min walk to the nearest bus stop or mall with shops or convenient stores only being a couple blocks away.
Guest parking will be on the left side of the house near the wall please allow space between vehicles.
