Lakeside living! The little house was once a Watchman’s cabin for the former Barbee Sawmill. It was renovated as a guest house by the owners. The little house by the lake is ideal for a single person or couples. It is a private cabin in a small gated community. The cabin is on Lake Washington and located between Renton and Bellevue with easy access to I-405. A west-facing view provides wonderful sunsets over the water while observing wildlife from the deck and enjoying the scenery. The cabin is typically used as our guest house. It is well stocked with everything you need to get started and enjoy a weekend away. Cozy and comfortable.

Kennydale is a quiet community of single family homes. There is a public beach nearby and a walking trail that goes along the lake. Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and grocery stores are nearby at the Landing. We are ideally located between Renton and Bellevue, close to downtown Seattle and the airport.
From I-405 going north- take exit 7, 44th street exit. Take a left, (towards the water) go about half a mile and take a right on North 41st Street- Barbee Mill complex. Go south until you can’t go any further (gate box is on the left). The house is right in front of you. There is a designated parking space right next to the house.
