A new, very stylish villa. The living room has air conditioner which we really liked! The pool is very deep. Rooms are quite spacious. We stayed for 2 nights. Strangely we didn’t get new towels for the second night. Do ask for it if you want to get new towels. Also there were so many centipedes just outside the pool. Some are in the living room too. And, we spotted a huge spider under the pillow on the first night. Overall good and spacious villa and suitable for people who are not scared of insects

The villa ordeal was a nightmare: The lack of water during the full stay rendered basic hygiene impossible—we couldn't flush or bathe, enduring daily attempts by handymen (from 9am-6pm) to fix it, disrupting our full stay. The owner's customer service was appalling: 1) reneging on promised refunds for the water debacle, saying no refunds as we stayed the full duration only after the stay despite promising us a partial refund for the lack of water. 2) Requested his help in booking a spa place but instead booking us into a "shady" massage place and only telling us 50mins before the massage which really disrupted our plans, and 3) responding rudely (eg using facepalm emoji) instead of a helpful answer. Trying to find the villa was a nightmare too, with the owner providing inconsistent addresses, leaving us stranded and frustrated. The villa had lots of insects too crawling all over the place (at least 20+ insects spotted in one sitting). And pool is too deep (~1.75m)

숙소는 훌륭했으나 체크인과정에서 직원의 실수가 있었습니다. 직원에게 위치를 확인하고자 구글맵을 보냈는데 확인도 안하고 맞다고하였습니다
