Owners (small family w/kids) live in the main home (attached 2 car garage separates the apartment from the main home). May occasionally spy our cat or dog. Non-smoking. Sorry, no pets. Lovely space and location! Unit is behind the garage but shares no walls with the main home (the garage, and a long breezeway, separates the main home from the apartment, both share walls with the garage but NOT with each-other). We try very hard not to use the garage when guests are staying in the unit. Two private entrances. The main entry, with the key pad, enters directly into the smaller bedroom from outside (as seen in photos) and the second enters into the living room (easily visible in the photos). Primary bedroom has curtains in the two arched doorways for privacy (easily visible in the photos) and a door to the bathroom. Bright kitchen with dishwasher! Washer and dryer. No stairs! Great space for families and/or friends! Decorations, bedding, and furniture subject to slight changes/updates. Owners live in the main home with their young kids and likely you will hear and/or see them on occasion.
