You will not be disappointed. Loved our stay. They have thought of everything. The beds are so comfortable and since we live near a train track the trains passing through did not bother us at all. The fire pit and outdoor area were so relaxing and our favorite spot to just hang out and relax. Lyle checked in several times during our 2 week stay and communicated proactively when the lawn person was going to be there etc. Loved that it was pet friendly and our pup is going to miss running around all that property. All of the appliances are new and since we were staying so long the washer dryer was a must. I enjoyed taking my daily walk around the lake and my husband spent some time fishing. We had a great stay and next time we are in town will definitely book Lyle’s place if it’s available.

The bnb was lovely - clean, spacious, well decorated, and in a peaceful location. There are train tracks a few hundred feet away, but in the 3 days I was there, I didn’t hear any trains. It feels relatively secluded here but still close to Zelienople and Harmony where there are lots of dining options, breweries and bars. I would stay here again.

Lyle's place was so clean and comfortable. He thought of everything from extra toothbrushes to every soap and shampoo you'd need. The perfect amount of space for my family of 3.

Great place to stay for the value. Didn’t like the train coming through two or three times a night but we are used to a baby waking us up in the middle of the night so nothing new to us.
