Located down a hidden lane in a quiet village with excellent transport links into Newark-on-Trent and Southwell area, it's ideally placed for access to the Newark Showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to a riverside pub. A completely private flat with two bedrooms, one very large double with seating area and one small twin, both with TVs. There is a large waterfall shower room, kitchenette, utility area, private entrance with parking for two cars and your own courtyard.

Beautiful and very clean place, perfect for our 1 night stop over, extremely comfortable beds and a very quiet area. Would highly recommend this place we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.
From booking to leaving this was an easy and enjoyable experience. Instructions were spot on and Anna and Ian couldn’t have been more helpful. The accomodation is exactly as described and was ideal - not having a sink meant I couldn’t wash up :) Very clean, and very dog friendly though we hadn’t taken ours, and the welcoming pub is only a 10 minute river path walk away.
We loved this place, so easy to find, just on our route up north. We had a great night and there was lovely attention to detail in all the rooms. Thank you so much

Very friendly and approachable host. I didn't read the description and brought a pizza to a place without an oven but Anna baked it for me and even added a bit of salad. Highly recommended!
