The exterior boasts a huge wrap around porch where you can unwind with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a magnificent west Texas sunset. The fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove invites you to channel your inner chef. We look forward to hosting you. This 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2 half bath retreat has 10 beds to be able to sleep multiple families and friends. With 2 full vanities to get ready for any occasion and multiple areas to lounge in, each guest will have the space they need to get away. Kitchen and Dinning: Fully stocked kitchen with state of the art appliances. Huge dinning room table Breakfast bar Basement: Pool Table 1 Full bath / 1 Half bath 8 beds including a queen and a bunk bed Outside: Plenty of parking in the front and on the side. Full wrap around porch in front. Patio with chairs and table in the back. Fenced in backyard with high privacy fence. We had a great time here! It was three families (6 adults and 6 kids) and everyone loved it. Bc of weather, we spent a lot of our weekend indoors and had so much fun inside playing pool, foosball, games, and sitting around on comfy couches by the beautiful and warm gas fireplace. We cooked three great meals in this big kitchen and outdoor traeger grill and all 12 of us sat together to eat at their large dinner table. Lots of room, huge closets, nice bathrooms, comfy beds. Great back porch for sitting outside. The co-host was helpful and came by Sat am to check on some things and we even invited him to share breakfast w us. Loved visiting with Chris. We all said we would have to come stay here again.
Perfect Beautiful Getaway! Great place to unwind from a busy life . Very relaxing and peaceful. Close enough to town for an outing. Great for big families. The host Chris was very responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 well worth the price! Definitely will be staying in the future!

Place was amazing for our group. Plenty of room and space for everyone. Place was so beautiful and easy to find. Host was great. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Will definitely be coming back soon and anytime we are in the area.
Dennis's place is a GEM, especially for large groups. We had a blast here, and Dennis was extremely accommodating and tuned into our needs. We'll be back!

This house in the country has two neighbors, including the owner. One to the south and the one to the north is the owner. It is quiet and with amazing West Texas sunsets.
This house does not have a neighborhood. It has 2 houses nearby with plenty of parking. The front of the house has a large, concrete parking lot that can hold 6-8 eight cars. The side of the house also has plenty of parking for guests.
