All was great, even perfect. All is as described, just few remarks, for next tourists 1. You can leave you luggage at the office, but it's around 15 minutes walk, just keep in mind it's at the same address as the flat. But it's open 24/24 2. The apartment is at the last floor, but you have to go outside. It's quite strange, no doors at any floor, just stairs...You have to take the door on the right, once at the last floor, and You will see all apartments. 3. Bedrooms are on the 2nd level, there's stairs between living room and bedrooms. could be risky if with babies or small kids. 4. In general, all was perfect, very clean, no remarks. Service was good and quite responsive. I would recommend.

Thanks to Epic we had a terrible weekend away. Was told it had a lift as we were on the 3rd floor but they forgot to say it wasn't for public use!! Walls needed maintenance and touching up. Toilet seats not fixed. No Mirrors in bedrooms. Oh and they seem to have given all apartments the same security entrance numbers to the front entrance and each apartment door which meant we had other guests letting them selves in to our apartment which meant we were afraid to go out and leave our personal items. All this reported on my return and said would bet back to me in 48 hours as unacceptable but never heard a thing. Chased again this week and was promised a call back but again never heard a thing. So disappointed especially with customer services.
