I stayed at The Parkland Lite Sukhumvit for 12 days during my first visit to Thailand. The apartment is cute, easy to maintain, very affordable, and was great to return home to each night. I really enjoyed this part of Pak Nam. It's a quieter, residential area, but the wet market, night market, temples, and riverfront are all just a short walk away. It is also a block away from the BTS, so I was able to check out other neighborhoods as well (I recommend folks check out some Youtube videos on how to use the local transit, it's very helpful!). Naiyana is a very thoughtful host. In addition to the space, she put together a guidebook of local restaurants, activities, and highlights. I pretty much only eat vegetarian or seafood dishes and wasn't sure if I would be able to find a lot of options. Naiyana assured me that Pak Nam is well known for its seafood and the local spots did not disappoint. I recommend to anyone looking for a quiet area and more local experience!

This place is so chill! It's got such a laid-back vibe with a river view, and being near the BTS station means you can hop on and explore the city super easily. Definitely the spot for a relaxed getaway. I really recommend it!

Really nice stay and a great price but a little far from Bangkok. 30 min bts. Overall really nice but I thought it was closer to town

숙소는 생각햇던거보다는 작은것 같앗고 에어컨이 침실에만 잇어서 거실쪽으로 시원함이 나오지 않아서 작은 거실쪽은 더웟어요 다른것은 깨끗하고 호스트의 빠른 답변도 좋앗어요 숙소앞 bts가 잇어서 좋앗는데 아속역까지는 타서 40분정도 걸려요 고대도시나 해안가로 방콕 교외 여행을 계획하면 좋은 숙소가 될거 같아요 전반적으로 좋은 호스트와 숙소엿네요

When it comes to a communicative host, there are b=none better than Naiyana. I had many questions to begin this stay, but they were all answered within minutes (not hours) and she walked me through everything I was concerned with. Her place is immaculate. I wish there were more food options on the street below, but I opted for the quiet instead. Eateries were a short taxi away. Great view from the room, especially at night. Naiyana will make sure that your questions are answered quickly. She worked well with me when I embarrassingly left without putting the pass key in the mailbox like I was supposed to and had to mail it from Chiang Mai. Easier if you have your own transportation, but very doable with taxi just down the street. I'd stay here again, no question!!!
