Bart est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif et à l’écoute. Le studio est suffisant pour passer un séjour (nous y étions uniquement le soir). Néanmoins, nous entendons tout ce qu’il se passe dehors (véhicules/bus qui circulent, etc. Sur le palier des appartements ou même dans les appartements à côté) ce qui a rendu les nuits un peu courtes 😅

Anfitriona muy amable y pendiente de ver y responder los mensajes. Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Ubicación excelente, a media hora en metro del centro.

VERY POOR | LOUD MUSIC TILL 4am While I saw good reviews for Iwona I had a very different experience. The place we stayed in was being refurbished with drilling and painting happening for the duration of our stay. Then on Fri and Sat night (which happens every week) loud music that made our room shake until 4am. This is not mentioned in the booking and there was no warning. It was directly below us. I have since informed Airbnb about this and they are slow to enforce this update on multiple room description’s in the same location. We had to move in the middle of the night. To which we will not be fully compensated for our inconvenience. The room was ok but not nicely finished when in the room. Despite the photos, there was dust and mess under the bed and on surfaces. I would not stay here and be very cautious to book anything with Iwona sorry to say. I’ve also realized Airbnb favor the host in these situations. Which is a shame.

It's really a cozy, warm and comfortable room with great location. Underground station and supermarkets are all within one-minute walking. The amenities are all good. Only downside is that wifi isn't very stable but still works. DO NOT STAY HERE ON FRIDAY EVENING. The pub donwstairs made strong noises until late night. It made me feel like an ant on a vibrating drum.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy sleepless nights and feeling like you're trespassing through a questionable alleyway. I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this Airbnb stay. The location was a nightmare as the apartment was situated on top of a pub/club, making it impossible to sleep due to the thunderous music that reverberated through the entire place until the ungodly hour of 3 am. Not only was the noise unbearable, but the vibrations were so intense that it felt like the walls were shaking. Additionally, the path to get to the apartment was sketchy and unsettling, winding through other people's belongings and other apartments, leaving us feeling unsafe and completely weirded out.
