I would like to thank Maria and all the team for such a lovely holidays. Villa is extremely beautiful and in good location, it is very peaceful, the beach is just in front of the courtyard. Most importantly, I would like to mention people who were looking after us: Upali, Nando and of course our chef. Chef cooked the best food in all Sri Lanca, he was surprising us with the different cuisines and dishes. Upali and Nando were always attentive to all our need and extremely helpful. Chef, thank you for everything- great food and great company ❤️ Thank you, Marina for such a lovely holiday we had ❤️

We rented the whole house for a week. There were 14 people. A wonderful place with a pool and right on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Peace and quiet. Close to some nice restaurants. You can also eat on site or make a barbecue. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace. But the most important is fantastic service. All 3 people who dealt with our group were super nice and helpful. Great rest for children and adults. I highly recommend this place !!! Sylwia with family and friends

Maresia villa is a lovely place to spend with family, right on the beach. Ranil is very friendly and always helpful and open to suggestions. He and his team put a tasty BBQ together for New Year's Eve and the host Marina made sure there were fireworks and sparkles which was appreciated by all. Not all staff speak good English so better to communicate with Ranil. If you are with a big group, order the food in advance as there is only one chef in the kitchen. We saw the fishermen bringing in the nets and selling their catch of the day. Lovely to watch their team efforts. The downside is that the fish attract flies which were a nuisance when eating out on the deck. All rooms are supplied with a mini fridge and a kettle for tea/coffee and the villa is set up more hotel-style where individual rooms can be used by different people. As we used the entire villa for our family of 13 people we did miss having a living room space to sit comfortably on sofas (there is 1 sofa bench in the common area). These were not big issues though and we had a great time at Maresia!
