Welcome to our charming, meticulously curated, and stylish 2B2.5B 2-floor condo nestled in the historic old town of Pasadena. Crafted by a top designer, this space exudes warmth and sophistication. Furnished with carefully selected pieces from high-end brands, our condo creates a cozy yet chic atmosphere. The convenient location of our condo offers a peaceful retreat just blocks from the city center, allowing tranquility during your stay while being close to the vibrant energy of the city. Spacious 2000+sqft 2-bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom 2-level layout design providing you separate private and gathering experiences. This unit also features a large patio with private street access, 2 free gated assigned parking space, with more guest parking throughout the complex. Inside you will be welcomed with an open floor plan with a designer-curated living and dining room, each pieces of furniture were selected from high-end brands. Walking up towards the stairs, you will find the stair atrium with a piece of art that will make you feel like walking through a gallery. On the second floor you will find one large master en-suite with a very spacious walk-in closets, your own private bathroom, and a queen size bed. The both bedroom features blackout draperies, touch-controlled bedside lamps, and easy accessible usb charging port.

This is much huge than we expected. Each bedroom is super big and decent. The location is perfect, close to the highway entrance but still quiet. The view is stunning in the Spring season. Besides, Kui is a super helpful and friendly host! Definitely will come back and stay here again.
We stayed two nights for a wedding in Pasadena and couldn't have hoped for a better location. Thank you Kui for being such a great host.
Kui was an amazing host! The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Check in/out was very easy. Parking was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again when in town.
Kui was super nice and responsive. His place worked for us for our 5 day stay, but I think if you were staying any longer, there are some things left to be desired. There is a nice outdoor patio, but unfortunately it has no chairs to sit out there. The WiFi has a limit that only so many devices can be connected to it at once, so if you’re using multiple (phone, smart tv, ereader) with multiple people, it can be a challenge. There are only 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. If you use the pool or hot tub and take a towel with you, then there’s no dry towel to shower. If you have 4 people staying, there isn’t an extra towel in the place. One tissue box in the whole house. The air conditioning can also be spotty on the upstairs level. Luckily it wasn’t too hot when we stayed, but even at 60° outside and the air conditioning turned down all the way, the master bedroom was still warm. The place could also use a good deep clean- very dusty. Overall, nice for a quick stay. Just a bit barren.
Had a perfect stay, Kui is very friendly and reacts fast on messages.
