The backyard also includes an uncovered concrete patio with a dining table; however, both areas may be limited in use during rainy days due to being uncovered patios. The backyard and sideyard perimeter block walls are leaning slightly, but they do not impose any immediate safety concerns, and they are on our radar for repair in the future.
