Guest access Entire house, clubhouse and amenities POOL HEATER: Please note that the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and may not work in climates approaching freezing temperatures. Pool heating is an optional amenity offered at most available properties. Can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $55 USD with a minimum of 2 consecutive days. Once pool heating has been requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Please be aware that the pool heating service paid for after 4pm will be activated the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach the set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents the element from overheating when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. This causes a temporary shutdown of services automatically until the pump can recover its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) FOOD: In accordance with Florida law, we are not permitted to leave open food in refrigerators or kitchen cabinets, therefore all food will be removed after guest check-out and no provision of items such as condiments, ground coffee will be provided before. to check in. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Observe garbage collection days and place it in the resort's trash bin daily to keep the house clean. ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED, when the owner has to send someone to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning. Other things to note This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by the Guest and their family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to third parties without express written approval. This Agreement is governed by and enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, the proper venue is the courts of PolkCounty, Florida.
