In a great location, close to shopping, parks, restaurants, downtown, Jet Blue stadium, and only 7 miles from the beach. All renters are required to do an application and get approved by the association before making a reservation. The association requires all renters to provide a copy of your license and vehicle information, and they do not allow commercial vehicles.. There is a $100 application fee and takes about 5 to 7 business days to process. No smoking is aloud in the unit. There is a 90 day minimum rental period. You can not rent my place for someone else. The person requesting thru Airbnb must be the tenant, and anyone staying with them must also be listed on rental application. There is no smoking or pets allowed
