super friendly, responsive hosts. I did accidentally walk in to the incorrect door on arrival but figured it out :). pictures as advertised and tried to be as quiet as possible with an energetic 4 year old :) would def consider again if I'm back in Auckland again as location suited our family event :) thanks again for a great stay.

This is a fantastic little apartment in a great location minutes from Ponsonby Rd. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well set up kitchen and new bathroom. Great shower! Daniel and Shenoa were great hosts and very kind in helping me out on our checkout day which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this place

This is the kind of accomodation you hope to find on Air BnB. Immaculately clean, uncluttered, well appointed with care evident in how the apartment is presented. It was perfect for my needs, a stay in Auckland with my daughter, and walking distance to Ponsonby Road for dinner. There are also enough appliances in the kitchen to make a simple meal. All round great accomodation and a great price too.

Was a lovely place for a great price! Nothing too fancy, but super clean and beautiful trees surround the back deck. So close to Ponsonby and lots of lovely cafes

Great location, clean house and good beds. Everything you need to have a good stay, super close to Ponsonby RD, with all its options. David contacted me, before arrival, to hear if I ware driving there, and he made all arrangement for parking licence ( just outside) impressing service :)
