Located on a 2000 sqm fenced property, this is the first finished guest structure, and we live in the Bariw Cottage just across the driveway in the same property. The pool and studio will begin construction in March 2024. When you arrive, you'll see the portion of the property under construction is enclosed for your privacy. As you enter the gate, you will see the Main House right ahead of you. The natural dipping pool at the bottom of the staircase is shared by all guests. Going upstairs, and through the entry, the second floor living, dining, and kitchen area is a large central room with a high ceiling. The loft rooms overlook this room, and the Lamadang Suite and Malasugi Room can be found on either side of the central room. The Lamadang Suite with King sized bed has an attached Study and En Suite Bathroom with bathtub and indoor/outdoor shower. Two single beds can be made up in this room for extra guests. There is a TV in the study, and a view of Bulusan volcano from the double desk. The East balcony has a partial view of the road and the sea, so you can check the waves before heading out to the beach. While our transformer is not yet installed, we have limited electricity. The water heater will be shut off, and the air-conditioner switched on at 6pm every day. The Malasugi Room contains a Queen sized bed, and has the best view in the house, looking out to the rice fields and the sunset. Please ensure both sets of curtains are closed when using the air-conditioner. We purposely keep the trees along the West fence to protect the house when the wind is strong, so the view is partially obstructed. Past the staircase leading to the third floor, the Shell Bathroom is a spacious bathroom with road and rice field views. The loft has two sections: The Batalay Loft has a TV, 3 double beds, and a double workspace, perfect for hanging out and watching Netflix, or getting some school work done. The beds can be set up as sofas or as beds depending on your preference and group size. The Turingan Loft has 2 Queen beds, and a workspace.
