Come see what DT ABQ has to offer! Unit #3 is the the last of the units on the property. Enter a gated private yard and follow the flagstone path to the entry door. You will enter the Loft on the 1st floor where the space opens up to a generous bed area well accompanied by modern concrete polished floors. The bed area shares the downstairs with a closet nook and full bath/laundry room. Head up the stairs to the open concept KLD (kitchen living dining) area. Natural light illuminates the space by well designed skylights and a magnificent North facing window to take in the cityscape. We support local businesses! We show our support by sourcing a few local amenities. Art hung around the loft were created by local artist and the property is surrounded by the very best of what downtown ABQ has to offer. Peter & Kaylee were so responsive & helpful throughout our stay. There was a hiccup during our stay but they were so accommodating & helpful the entire time & we were very grateful for their grace. The loft is absolutely beautiful & felt homey. I would want to live here. We would definitely stay here again.
The space was more than I needed in a good way. They even provided travel tooth brushes which was helpful as I forgot mine at home. I would come again and recommend this area.
We had a last minute checkin and he responded quickly. The layout of the space allowed for privacy for 2. Nice setup
I loved it. Two floors, bedroom below, living room above, with all the equipment you'd need if you were actually living there - oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drier. Perfect. Everything very clean and, quite simply, the most luxurious sheets I've ever slept on, and a very comfortable double bed. Some may find the location a bit grungy: there are street people around but they tend to keep to themselves. On the upside, there's a fabulous coffee shop (Zendos), a micro-brewery and a souvenirs shop just 25 yards across the road, and the whole area feels like a perfect artists' location in the making. I like the architecture of the house: outside, corrugated metal walling. Inside, beautifully made wooden window frames, with opening top panes; a coloured, polished concrete floor downstairs; an open-tread wooden staircase with clever industrial metal cables instead of a conventional balustrade. Upstairs, a desk and a TV and comfortable sofa. It's a brilliant hang.

Everything you could need is in walking distance, its good for the mind, body, and soul! 1 designated gated parking space on lot. Plenty of off street parking on adjacent streets.
