Exciting new area in Forest Hills N.Y. with major shopping centers. A newly renovated space with nearby train stations and in walking distance to two malls. Just an easy 20 minutes train ride to manhattan from the house. Plus a bus stop in the opposite side corner. There is also free parking around the house. You will have access to a full floor of our house, including everything you see in the listing pictures. While we adhere to NYC laws ,which mandate that the space be shared, we make sure that our guests feel that their privacy is fully respected at all times and have designed the space accordingly. While sharing the space with me, Dylan. You are in a first floor unit of a two family home.

Very clean place (if you're sensitive to fragrance, the cleaning products used before I arrived had a strong odor), easy parking, and a short walk to the subway.

Martha ( co-host) and her husband are simply the nicest people on the planet. Martha is crazy clean! The place was perfect, and she provides all the cleaning supplies. Michael was so helpful and had tons of information about the neighborhood. Probably the best airbnb in the city I've ever stayed in. You feel like family.

This neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family friendly with free parking around the house. Plus a paid parking lot that is 24 hours open run by machines. For a 24 hour parking stay is only 24 dollars to park there which is three blocks from the house.
There are two train stations One train station is called 63 Drive Rego Park and the other train station is called Woodhaven. From Manhattan to Rockefeller Center is a 20 minute train ride. Plus around the house are local buses to LaGuardia Airport and other bus stops to different parts in Queens. As well as an express bus to Manhattan.
