Villa del Mar: It´s a 3 level beachfront villa with spectacular views overlooking Cancun’s crystal clear turquoise waters. This Tropical Paradise is located on the most pristine strip of the Hotel Zone. Perfect for Family and friends. With private access to the beach and a pool to refresh. Spectacular views from all the areas and bedrooms, will make you don´t want to leave this secret jewel. Now with Ping Pong table! Located on the first row of villas, the only thing in front is a long white beach and the ocean. You access through the middle level were the master bedroom and the second bedroom are located, both connected through a terrace. Upstairs is the living area, dining area, kitchen, bar and ample terrace. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom. The 3 bedrooms are ample. The master with it´s own bathroom. The second with the bathroom outside. The third with it´s own bathroom. There is also a studio on the lower level, next to the 3rd bedroom, that has a single bed and shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The sea is normally calmed, perfect for swimming and playing with the waves. Sometimes you can practice bodysurf. You will have access to the pool and bbq. Now it has a Ping Pong table! The villa is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Isela's place had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was really nice to walk right out to the ocean and go swimming. The taxi driver seemed to have a hard time finding it so make sure they know where it is. I think some of the place could use an upgrade and it was a little over priced but Isela was very nice and communicated well. We also had a great meal cooked for us.
El alojamiento dejó mucho que desear, así como la atención de l@s anfitriones. En 1ra, dieron una ubicación incorrecta TRES VECES. Perdimos 4 hrs y gastamos mucho en taxis hasta que logramos llegar. 2. Falta muchísimo mantenimiento. Puertas viejas y se atoraron, los anfitriones no dejaron llaves para abrir y se lavaron las manos diciendo que no podían resolver al momento. Refrigerador viejo, se sentía sucio y olía extraño. Utensilios de cocina muy desgastados y llenos de cochambre, cocinamos 1 vez y no lo hicimos más. Baños con loseta vieja y descarapelada. Dispensadores flojos que luego te quieren cobrar. El agua era fría. No hubo papel de baño suficiente. Muebles/camas viejas e incómodas. Camastros y sombrillas de hace 20 años, rotos y oxidados. 1 sola escoba y trapeador para 3 pisos. Este último, apenas lo posamos sobre el piso y se rompió por lo viejo y oxidado y querían cobrarlo. No hubo Wifi. Al final buscan cobrar de más por restos de arena, ilógico porque está en la PLAYA.
I recommend +++ this amazing reservation. The place, the house, the owner, all is perfectly perfect. If come back to playa del Carmen I will sure go back here. Thanks for all 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

The location is next to the top restaurants of Cancun almost in front of La Isla Shoopping Village, one of the best malls in Cancún.
The party area with bars and clubs is 5 min ride on the bus.
The bus stop is just outside, very easy to use and less than $1 USD per ride.
There is also 1 parking spot outside the villa in case you rent a car.
Taxi spot also outside.
