The photos are spot on. We met Bob when we checked in and he was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs and actually included a fire pit. The apt. was quiet, peaceful, secure and located in a gated, wooded residential area sparsely filled with homes on acreage. I believe Bob told us there were about 30-40 homes on 360 acres. The apt. was spotless and as advertised. I would not hesitate to book again on my next visit to Little Rock.

Fern's Cottage is a charming property and was perfect for our weekend getaway. It is very well stocked with all the amenities that we needed and immaculately clean and neatly furnished. The location is perfect, situated just a short drive from restaurants and shopping and for anyone interested in hiking or mountain biking, Pinnacle Mountain State Park is a short distance away as well. Linda was a wonderful host and provided all the info we needed to access the property and easily accessible for any questions that we might have had. We highly recommend this location and will definitely return for a future visit.

A peaceful cottage in a beautiful gated community. Great place to relax after a day exploring the city. The hosts are wonderful and we will be back soon!

Our stay with Linda was wonderful. My friend and I went to Little Rock as a small getaway weekend and we weren’t disappointed. Linda’s guesthouse is perfect. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. We definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Linda's place was such a joy! Gated community surrounded by nature. Very clean and extremely peaceful! It's easy to sit outside and get lost in the scenic view.
