The room was great for our entire family! Very large living area. Great beach access and pools offered for all ages. We enjoyed the beach and pools during the day and crab/shell hunting at night! Ryan offered so many board games for our family to enjoy when it rained on Saturday and at night. They offered so many beach chairs, floats, beach cart, and umbrellas it was well worth what we paid! Extra blankets were provided. We highly recommend booking with Ryan and his family! Would love to stay again.

Ryan is a great host, very communicative and available. We had a little trouble with the refrigerator but Ryan was on top of that. Location of the condo is very convenient right next to the stairs and elevator, and a straight shot to the beach access. We brought all of our own stuff but if we hadn't we would have been fine because there were toys, boards, and chairs galore. For the condo the pool was super convenient (and there are two of them which is awesome!!) the little tiki huts prices are not bad either. A few notes on the condo building itself, the elevators are slow and fill up quickly, thankfully being on the 5th floor is not bad so we took the stairs most of the time. We brought a tent which you cant set up in front of the condo's own chairs so we just got up early every day and set our tent up in a good spot and we were able to see it from our condo window so could keep an eye on it even when we weren't down there to make sure it didn't blow down. We had an AWESOME TIME!

The condo is very large and spacious. It’s well stocked with everything you could think of from every possible kitchen utensil, air fryer, spices, K-cups, board games, playing cards, beach chairs and even a beach cart. They’ve thought of everything to make you feel right at home and communication was excellent. We hope to stay here again!

My friends and family had a wonderful time. The host was super friendly and the place was exactly as described. Can’t wait to return for our next beach vacation.
