A very comfortable stay for two, with convenient off road parking. The accommodation is clean and very well equipped with everything we needed and we appreciated having a radio in the bedroom as we like to listen when we wake. The Wi-Fi was reliable and there was plenty of hot water and heating so in spite of inclement weather on some days we were nicely warm. We were in easy walking distance of Sidmouth shops and seafront and in easy driving distance from Exeter and other places. We had a very nice few days and would highly recommend the accommodation to others.

Deborah was a friendly, welcoming host who met us personally and gave us the key. She also offered to help with anything just by calling her. Generally a super find and a super host.

Brilliant, clean and warm. A home from home hosts were friendly. Brilliant for our dog, with the Byes right at the back of the annexe. just a short walk into town and beach. would definitely recommend this.

The apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed, including plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bedroom. The location was perfect for us, the Byes and the river Sid were 50m away, a perfect area for a morning dog walk also a quiet route to the beach and town, which has plenty of independent shops, cafes and decent pubs. Deborah and John were great hosts. From booking to check-in, messages from Deborah were very clear and helpful. Shortly before we arrived, she responded very quickly to a request we made and went out of her way to accommodate us.

Cosy ,clean and well equipped annex. Perfect for two people and a dog. Great location for us to complete three sections of the SWCP. Lovely walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Good outdoor space for the dog to cool off after long hot walks. Good value for money. Pat
