Felt like home and great host

Beautiful place in the iconic Vilakazi street, close to wonderful restaurants and so much heritage sites all a walk away. We enjoyed our cold beers and Whiskey at the outside lawn.

Definitely the perfect place if you plan on spending a few days (or more) in Orlando West. Located in the quiet upper part of Vilakazi Street, it's a lovely house with even lovlier neighbors. The area is safe also at night, there are good shebeens and restaurants and other food places, and while you're near the touristic part of Soweto you're not right inside of the noise and traffic but a few hundred metres away. Great house, two bedrooms, easily sleeps 4 or 5. Everything works well (sometimes in South Africa there are water and electricity cuts, but that has nothing to do with the house itself). Last but not at all least, Mzwandile is an amazing host, super helpful, a great conversation partner, and he and his family go out of their way to provide whatever you might need for your stay. One of the most comfortable and friendly airbnb's I've ever had, and I've been to a few hundred...!
