Good location to Newbury town centre, just 5 minute walk. WiFi good and free parking! Plenty of carpet stains. A little grubby and needs better cleaning. Lots of dust & dirt around the windows/blinds. Could do with a lick of paint. I feel paying £140 for one night, with no tea/coffee/milk facilities provided was a little steep. Also no bed side table/lamps in either bedroom Not particularly cosy due to the flat having minimal furniture.

naveen couldn't be better the size and location of apartment was great but let down with cleanliness dishes washed up left on drainer shower dirty fridge moldy kettle dirty dining table dirty no cutlery no wine glasses just generally let it down

I contacted Naveen as I was looking for somewhere to stay from the end of Feb until the end of March so I could help my daughter towards the end of her pregnancy and also when she had given birth. I’ve grown to really love this apartment & I am actually sad to leave! It’s been my little haven & close to my daughter so I never had to pay for a taxi. This factor was important when I was weighing up the price of a budget hotel VS an airbnb property. Thank you Naveen
