It was a very comfortable stay, it is a rather quiet and familiar area, with a location close to many shops. We stayed for a month and we have everything we need, in addition to having excellent communication with the hostess and the owner.

Check in instructions could be more clear. Garage is tight and really only fits a sedan. There was an old queen size mattress left in the garage that had blood stains on it, specifically 3 blood stain marks. First of all the garage is too tight to leave a mattress in it. Secondly this is not sanitary and leaves the impression that the unit was subject to bed bugs. When asked about the blood on the sheets my question was not answered. The blinds in the unit are not the correct size so people walking by and in other units could see into your rooms. The mattresses are not comfortable at all. Otherwise the place was ok. We decided to check out early for multiple reasons, personal plus the beds not being comfortable and the mattress in the garage was cause for concern.

The place was conveniently located with a lot of major stores nearby and it was a good value for the price. However, the amenities in the unit wasn't as promised as the listing - there was no heat when we arrived, no garage opener as suggested, no dedicated workspace or working coffee maker (Keurig machine was broken...). The cleanliness of the place wasn't satisfactory - old mattress and dirty mop bucket left in the garage, the floors weren't vacuumed correctly and there were precious guests' hairs in the bathrooms and couch.. The kitchen equipments are not fully equipped to make a proper lunch or dinner, so I'd suggest to bring in your own kitchen essentials if you're planning to really cook there. The place has two bedrooms and is fairly spacious for a couple or small family.

Happy to have found a place to hide while our home was being renovated and sold. It met all our needs for the month.

We encountered some inconveniences during our stay. While the main issue was eventually rectified, it greatly disrupted our stay. The space was unfortunately not very clean, and check-in instructions were unclear. The parking options were not clearly communicated. If you have a large vehicle, it’s helpful to know that the garage space is VERY tight. Visitor parking is an option but is at risk of a ticket overnight. Ask for a parking permit from owner to be safe.
