Our stay at Matt’s property was nothing short of marvelous, it was the perfect staycation spot, even if it was just for one evening. This is the Quintessential Party Palace, booked this out for my Partners 30th to party into the evening without the risk of being too loud for neighbours. The location was central for any attendee. will definitely be booking again for future events! If you're looking for a place to party you'd be silly to pass up on this pad. Soo many sleeping options. Matt is an incredible host responsive and accomodating to our needs.

Matt was awesome to deal with. We needed a place to stay in the city at short notice to celebrate with a few close friends that were coming from all directions across Melbourne and some rural. With Matt’s place being so central for all, the space to entertain, and the ability to stay after a few drinks, made perfect sense. Place was clean and was exactly as the description and photos showed. I’ll definitely be rebooking for an even larger function next time. Thanks Matt. Loved it. 🍻

I hosted a birthday party at Matt’s venue and it was amazing! The space was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Matt was a great host, very accommodating and responsive to all our needs, he even recommended beer garden/food hall to eat at. The location was perfect, easy for our guests to find and with plenty of parking. Our guest’s were extremely impressed the whole time. Highly recommend for any event! I will definitely book again.
