Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy a new ground level one bedroom suite in a peaceful rural setting. This space offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi and lots of space for you to enjoy. The suite is self contained with its own private entrance. Located within a 5 minute drive to beaches, wineries and downtown Summerland. Our suite has a private entrance and is a one bedroom suite in a brand new home. It is very spacious with an open concept living room/dining room/full kitchen. The bedroom is has a very comfortable new queen bed and there is lots of storage for clothes and suitcases or bags. The bathroom has a tub/shower unit. There is a stacking washer and dryer in its own small room. There are 2 couches and a TV with some free channels and a Roku for you to stream shows if you have a password for your own streaming services. Guests have told us they really like the bright openness of the unit as well as the cleanliness throughout.

Amazing modern home. Had everything I needed for a few nights stay. Peaceful quiet no traffic area. Suite was very roomy and had nice furnishings. Also lots of light, very large windows. I would have liked to see the rest of the house just seeing how nice the suite was by itself. Friendly owners/hosts. Definitely would stay again..
This was for us a great retreat for us after a long journey home and being able to veg until we could get back into our home. Was just what we needed
Carolyn and Steve’s suite was amazing it was bright airy and clean. Super cozy, with a great spot for your car and amazing views of the lake. Highly recommend it , can’t wait to come back again.

Had a great stay at this very clean and refreshing spacious private suite with everything you need away from home. for recreation or work stay. Host Carolyn is very responsive, easy to communicate with and accommodating. The location is beautiful for small walks, and very close to town. Highly recommended and will likely stay again.
