We rent the house for a weekend with friends. The house was what we expected. The neighborhood was calm and we were able to enjoy the tranquility.

This villa is perfect for friends, groups or family vacation. Nearly Bran (but only with a car!), in nature, fresh air and quiet environment. Is not close to shops, ideally to eat in Bran or you have the possibility to make a barbeque. About the villa problems: cleanliness is not very good and some materials/furnitures are old/poor. Entire villa has a good heating (winter season) and hot water. The owners are pretty and helpful!

Valentina was great. Responded quickly to all our needs. The house was very big and great, we were two families and we had our privacy. Recommended!!!

Really nice big house near the Bran castle. Perfect house to rent for a group of friends or a family! Valentina was also helpfull with finding the right way to the house, since it is on the end of an unpaved road.
