Quiet Private nestled into nature near Noosa Eumundi The space This place is just so peaceful and relaxing, that as soon as you enter, you will feel it. It is a refuge from the sounds of the city with only the sound of cows mooing and birds in song. The open plan living gives you a great area to just feel so free and chill out completely. The out look of the rambling hillsides and rural setting compliment the house. Not to mention the babbling brook that contains platypus, fish and turtles. You will have full access of the house. Smart TV with Starlink fast WiFi Guest Netflix. Ceiling fans are the best on hot days, but the fresh air always flows so well in the valley. We have a wood fire heater, lovely on a cold winters night, provided is wood for one night, but if you wish to have a fire each night, please pick up extra from the local service station. Split system aircon also provided There is a bath with a spa but it does not work and unfortunately due to water issues prefer you shower only. Bath is not for guests use as a bath. (Tank water must be conserved) A washing machine for washing available too. Outside there is a Webber gas BBQ. Inside a gas stove, electric oven and microwave oven. You will enjoy cooking in the kitchen with the country outlook. I am available to answer any questions about the house. The house is situated in a very quiet valley, down a country dirt road where at times it will go to single lane so please drive with caution. Totally tree covered. You cannot see any neighbours houses. So there is total privacy. You will be totally captured in the romantic setting as you sip your glass of wine in the afternoon, watching the magpie geese fly by. Or go for an afternoon or evening walk. You'll fall in love with the place. Guests post 24th March 2024 please note there will be road works and a side track constructed for about 4mths DETOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO 173 MUSA VALE RD ( Dear Guest, Please note that there will be road repairs to a section of Musa Vale Rd during your stay. A short section of the road will be closed to all pedestrian and vehicle access during work hours between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. The road will re-open at night and over the weekend. The council is in the process of building a vehicle side track to detour around the roadworks allowing full access for vehicles to come and go from the properties. The completed vehicle sidetrack will be a single-lane gravel-style road. The sidetrack will operate as a single lane under the control of temporary traffic signals. If you require access via the detour side track you will need to check the traffic light signal is green ( maximum 10 minute rotation) then proceed along the track. Motorists must obey all signage and drive to conditions. We thank you so much for your understanding, please let us know if you have any questions.) We are dog friendly, but only ask that dogs not be allowed on the couch and bed. Dogs not to be left unattended as a crying dog upsets the quiet neighbourhood. Dogs not to be unleashed as there is native fauna in the bush here. The occasional snake is around as is ticks. We only ask that if your dog leaves lots of hair that you vacuum it up before check out. Dog containment outside area is on upper deck. No grassed area for dogs. You really need a car. As it is 5 kilometre out of town. About 30 minutes to the beach at Noosa. 10 minutes to the Eumundi market. The house is on tank water and it is discoloured by the leaves and tannin, but is filtered at the house. We have provided a separate drinking water unit in the kitchen for your use. The concrete drive is steep and can be a challenge to some, but it is easy after a couple of goes. Your car will be under cover and protected. We recommend reversing down the driveway it is steep and tricky. Please note: Free to air TV is not available only digital on demand channels as there is no antenna reception. Starlink is now installed giving you the option of fast internet- good for working, zoom conferences or streaming movies. Just a quick drive into town and lots to do if you want to but the house is so tranquil we didn’t want to leave it. Sit on the deck, read a book or just chill in the sunshine. Loved it
