Great for families or a couple's getaway. Located in the center of fajardo. Walking distance to the market square bar & rest & town plaza. Short 7 min drive to 7 seas beach, bioluminescent bay and local fisherman tours. Only 15 min drive to Vieques & Culebra ferry/aircraft terminal. Also 20 min away from El Yunque National Rainforest.

We booked at the last minute to save drive time. Kathleen was quick to respond and accommodate our schedule, even with last minute changes. Kathleen also contacted us when we left some items, and then made the effort to ship them back to us. Her attention to us is greatly appreciated and probably one of the most positive experiences we have had with AIRBNB.
Kathleen's place was very comfortable and matched the description. The upstairs roof area is very nice.

Excellent place!!!!! Very comfy. Nice place for a short stay, place was clean, plenty of towels & toiletries.
Looks just like the pictures. She has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so we really didn’t have to bring ours. We went to the beach and she had beach towels. The house stayed cool with the fans on just turned the AC for sleeping time. It was in walking distance of great bars, breakfast locations, and just past the blue building is a nice little place ppl play dominoes. I loved it. Went with my husband and 5 kids.

Kasa Fiore Property is located in the central town of Fajardo. Walking distance (down the block) to the market square (Plaza del mercado) where you will find a variety of lunch, breakfast and dinner options including a bar. Also few steps away from the "Plaza" Catholic Church, Mayor's Office. You will be also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping mall when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Please note that our neighborhood reflects the everyday life of the community and local atmosphere with some stray animals, as cats, roosters, iguanas, pigeons etc. *Please refrain from feeding* as well as common bugs ,insects (mosquitoes) that are common in our warm climate. In addition Puerto Rico suffers from power grid/ internet outages that we are not in control of, but will provide assistance if needed.
Explore a short 7 minute drive to 7 seas local beach and variety of local restaurants. Also fisherman tours that take you to amazing Icacos & Palomino Island. 15 min drive to the town of Luquillo, to La Pared local surfing beach as well of the famous "kioskos of luquillo" offering local gastronomy. Luis Munoz Marin airport is 45 minutes away from property.
