This apartment has an extremely chilled-out vibe about it. From the moment you open the large wooden door and step into the expansive living room you are immediately greeted with a welcoming faux-wooden tile and very relaxing lounge furniture. The walls are adorned with French art shipped over from the Riviera, these immediately transport you to the sunny seaside town of St. Tropez. The carefully curated furniture is totally minimal in nature but very comfortable in kind, making the aesthetic a fine blend of form and function. You have only what you need, no clutter or overly decorated walls, this place really allows you to relax and unwind with a purposeful lack of stimuli. The entire apartment has been newly renovated clearly separating it from the older flats in the JBR complex. The open plan kitchen is impossible to find in any other apartment, the modern finishes and doors are unique for JBR, the light tones are very uplifting and the brown-wood closets are chic. There are 4 well apportioned rooms starting with the master bedroom having a king bed, closet / dressing area and spacious shower. The 2 guest rooms also with king beds share a shower but each has a bathroom and the final room which is more suited to the children or traveling staff is a very nice compact room with 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom. There is a powder room next to the kitchen. The JBR complex has a shared gym and swimming pool.

l'appartement est bien situé. Pas très loin de la plage et des restaurants de The walk. l'appartement est sympa, bien décoré et l'hôte est super réactif. Le plus grand soucis pour nous était le nettoyage. les vitres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas alors on avait l' impression de nager dans la poussière, les peaux mortes, et autres odeurs laissés par les visiteurs précédents. il y a tout un tas de règles sur les visiteurs, on dirait un monastère. et pour le nettoyage, ils ne le font que pour les séjours supérieur à 8 jours. nous sommes restés à peu près 7 jours. ils n'ont changé que les serviettes.

The apartment is really nice and renovated with modern furniture and good amenities, the location was really busy area and we got stuck in traffic all the time . Other than that it’s all good .

We offer 1 parking space free of cost should you have a car or wish to rent one. Cabs are easy to find and very reasonable, you can also use Uber or Kareem for getting around. There is a tram in the Marina for navigating around the neighbourhood without the need to drive and this connects to the Dubai Metro.
To access the parking please enter from Breih Street, enter the paid parking lot via the ramp then ask the security where the free slots for the apartments are.
