房間寬大舒適，採光佳。鄰近車站出入方便，步行便可以抵達上野、御徒町，地理位置十方方便，但住宿環境卻清幽舒適，難能可貴！若有機會回訪東京仍會選擇此處為主要住宿點

The place is new, clean and ample space. Well equipped with hardware. The most interesting part is check in is at 4 which is later than most other Airbnb or Hotels, and they charge early check in without providing the capability to store luggage. Very inconvenient for travelers and have to store luggage in lockers for hours before check in. No hospitality, if I’m paying this price I’d just get a hotel or another place instead tbh. While the place was close to the nearest station, but the station itself only has one line which is somewhat inconvenient when transferring. Communication from host is timely but robotic. Consider these before booking imo

The place was exactly as presented in the listing. The company’s communications were super prompt even at odd hours, exceeding our expectations. The building appears to be brand new which showed in the quality of the amenities and ease of using the heating, hot water, and other utilities. We loved the location, simultaneously close to exciting neighborhoods and the metro, while also on a quiet street where we could get some rest. The one thing we think could be improved is the bedding. The mattress felt ok, not great. The pillows and duvet left a lot to be desired. They could be upgraded to give the experience we missed from our hotel stays in Japan.
