Sarah and team were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Throughout the whole weekend, it was great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful after dark. Alys beach was barely 5 mins drive, rosemary maybe 10 mins. Seaside was opposite direction and maybe 10 mins! The Chill is super convenient across the street. The home had everything we needed plus more!! From golf cart to beach chairs toys, , bike, bike helmets, locks, etc. it made our stay seamless and relaxing. The pool was warm during our April stay. Publix was also about 7-10 mins away. Our family absolutely loved it and my kids already cried to go back! We will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful visit. The home was beautifully decorated and located in a very nice neighborhood. We loved walking to the heated pool and driving the golf cart to various areas. The golf cart itself was like new and an AWESOME perk. We really appreciated the info the host sent about beach access! The bikes were in perfect condition — with helmets and a bike pump there as well. This place was stocked with great features- like brand new beach chairs/a new cooler/beach toys/etc, and anytime I had a question, the host was extremely responsive. The house was clean, linens were soft, and the space itself was fantastic. This location is hard to beat. Highly recommend!

Awesome happy place. This was a last minute getaway for Spring Break 2024 with my 17 year old daughter and her dear friend. And my first official airbnb rental. I was a bit wary. And had lots of questions for the host. She was very patient and responsive. The girls loved this home after looking at many and considering location, price and amenities included. The girls adored the beautiful, white, custom triple bunks with the queen size bed in one room, super cute beach decor, new golf cart, bikes and the great location for a trip to Seaside and its surrounding area. Sarah was patient with me and my questions. She and her team responded to any question and worked through some technical issues with the new golf cart. Everything was as pictured, beautiful, peaceful, fun, and happy vibes. I highly recommend this home.
