STUNNING INTERIOR The penthouse is decorated with love and care, has all comfort you need and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The living room and kitchen are located on the fifth floor with lots of light thanks to the large window providing access to a spacious and uncovered terrace. The apartment is fully decorated and finished with high quality natural materials such as marble and oak. Rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! KITCHEN The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hot, a fridge, deepfreeze, oven/microwave, full size dishwasher, toaster, mixer and Nespresso coffee machine. So you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious dining area with large table for 6! Ideal for a family with children, friends or couples. BED & BATHROOMS There are three bedrooms, each with their own connecting bathroom so that your privacy is assured. Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is a master bedroom with a king size bed, bath and shower. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is with a king-size bed and shower. Bedroom 3: The last bedroom has a queen-size bed and a shower. We offer you a fantastic and quite bedrooms with high quality bedding so you will dream like an angel, fast. Toilets: There are 2 independent toilets. CABLE TV & WIFI There is WIFI with high speed internet connection to look up everything you need and a large flat screen smart TV with sound system with full cable access. INCLUDED The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. LINEN The owner of this accommodation does provide bed and bath linen. KITCHEN ESSENTIALS The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. HYGIENE ESSENTIALS The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets. CLEANING The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues. INSPECTIONS The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out. MAINTENANCE The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner will do its best to solve any issue as soon as possible. PETS There are NO pets allowed.
