lockeland springs is one of the most high end neighborhoods in nashville for a reason. great restaurants and bars in walking distance, and beautiful historic homes. we enjoyed our stay.

My recent stay at Jake's place was exactly what I'd hoped for. I was immediately struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the space. Every corner was spotless, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. It was evident that the host takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Situated in a charming walkable neighborhood with easy access to transportation and amenities, it provided the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Whether I was venturing out to nearby coffee shop or simply strolling through the neighborhood, I always felt safe and at ease. Jake was super responsive an helpful with his local knowledge. I'll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to all my friends who visit music city.

I spent a month here, and truly loved it-I felt grateful and so at home. I have been traveling for over 6 months, staying in Airbnbs throughout the South and Midwest. I have walked into most feeling that the space is very much a business--they feel as though someone thought, "How will this look in pictures?", whereas very few feel set up with the care and consideration of, "How will this space feel?" This place was the latter. It was clearly set up by an owner who wanted to create a place that they themselves would be happy and comfortable living in and/or having their closest family or friends live in. It's beautifully designed, spacious (I felt like I had my own full sized, two-story house), cozy without being cluttered, the bed/bedding were comfortable, thoroughly cleaned, and it was quiet and so peaceful. The main house faces the road, whereas the Airbnb faces the alley running behind the house, which made it feel very private. I would have happily stayed here indefinitely.
