We loved the little place. The little apartment was delightful, clean, and attractive, and very comfortable with extraordinary views, and the luxury of the pool and sauna. The location was ideal to all we needed being across the the street from Southern Cross station.

The place was superb, located very close to the tram and just across the Southern Cross Station. Checking in was super easy We experienced some stuff during our stay but Aster was really responsive and fixed it right away. Would love to stay here again in the future. Very very nice apartment

This apartment was a lovely place to stay for my holiday in Melbourne. The facilities in the building, such as the pool, were incredible. I took the SkyBus from the airport to the only bus station where the SkyBus stopped, and this station was then a very short 2-3 minute walk from the accommodation. The host sent me a QR code to use a digital locker to access the key. This made checking in very flexible because I could do it anytime, however if you’re someone who likes meeting people or having a person to ask then this could feel a bit impersonal or technologically challenging. You need to know how to use a QR code and to have a data plan available to load the link for when you arrive. There was laundry left in the dryer by accident, but otherwise there were no issues with my stay. The host was very kind and left complementary chocolates for me. The towels were lovely. The shower pressure was great. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was laundry powder and softener supplied. Lovely!
