Lisa is one of the best host I have had thus far. Her home is extremely clean, comfortable and very safe. Lisa responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner, and was always available to answer questions during my visit. She is very kind and helpful. I would recommend her home to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable and homelike place to stay in Fairfield.

My wife and I booked Lisa’s place last minute, for a staycation! She immediately responded and met us with checkin instructions and the keys. When we arrived to the house, we were surprised that parking was directly in front of the unit, a huge plus since we had so much luggage! The home is definitely beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. While inside, we felt like we were the only people in the complex, it’s very quiet and has beautiful views and no rear neighbors. I work from home, WiFi was fast, and there are two TV’s to cast my zoom, making my meeting schedule a breeze. We were greeted with local wine and snacks, in addition to a fully stocked kitchen. We appreciate the last min accommodation and highly recommend Lisa’s place!

Unfortunately, Lisa's apartment was infested with mice. I observed mice running across the kitchen floor and in both bathrooms. Once I was aware of the problem, I moved to a hotel late at night leaving my belongings behind. When I returned the next morning to get my things, there were mouse dropping on the bed. Lisa was very apologetic and issued a refund immediately. She said she had scheduled an exterminator. Because of the extent of the infestation and the location in a large apartment complex, I do not believe that this issue can be resolved overnight. It was all a traumatic and disgusting experience. If you choose to try this place, please confirm with Lisa that the problem has been fully resolved.
