Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This late 1800's farmhouse has been completely renovated from top to bottom while still keeping the original charm and character. Open main living area with high ceilings and exposed beams. Plenty of white shiplap with dark wood colors to give you a cozy warm feel! This home has 3 large bedrooms and a possible 4th bedroom with a futon on the main level, 2 full bathrooms including a main level walkout shower. Close to local attractions. If you are looking for a unique stay, this is for you! This property is home to the Songbird Music Venue where greats like: Joann Jett, Hall & Oates, Loverboy, and Reba performed. This renovated 1890’s farmhouse with music decor is only a short walk on the property away from the Amphitheater where these artists performed. You will be able to visit and spend time on the amphitheater where you can sit and have some drinks or play some of the games there. The house has a large deck with patio furniture to sit and enjoy some coffee in the morning listening to the wildlife. The inside features 3-4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are several games inside, a cozy electric fireplace and pellet stove for the winter months. There is also a fire pit available for guests to use. The house sits smack dab in the middle of 60 acres. The owners do live on site but will only interact with guests if the guests would like to know more about the history of the amphitheater or house!

great place to reconnect with loved ones. it’s quiet and so peaceful. the place was comfortable and clean. my favorite time was in the morning walk outside and drink my coffee sitting in the hot tub. fantastic!! we ate lunch on the stage where some of our favorite people have played. so much fun!! book it. make the memories.
awesome place to see the 2024 eclipse. When we entered we noticed the muffins and dog biscuit for my dog. The location had lots of space for our family to spread out, and privacy for when using the jacuzzi which made it an ideal place for a vacation. The hosts even invited us to a BBQ they were doing for the eclipse event. The place features a campfire and when we asked for some extra wood, not only did we get that, but also fire starters within minutes of sending the text which was very thoughtful! At night the stars were very clear as there is little light pollution coming from cities so it is perfect to bring a telescope to. Overall an amazing place to get away from the city and enjoy a nice vacation with close ones.
Donald was friendly, helpful, accessible. I feel like he thought about all ages as he fixed up this home away from home.

This was such a lovely place to stay - the old farmhouse had a beautiful ambience and the hosts clearly put a lot of work into curating the space! The decor was lovely, and the fire was burning when we arrived! Our group agreed that one of the ways it felt personalized was how the fire was burning, there were muffins (in the exact number of our group) on the counter, and towels (again exact number of group) laid out for use with the hot tub! We enjoyed using the record player and filling the house with music. There was a minor problem with the wifi, but Donald was super responsive and we were able to get it working again! Really appreciated how on the ball the hosts were when help was needed. The house is surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful nature, and truly felt like a place of rest. We definitely would like to return again!

You will have shared access to a large amphitheater that hosted legends such as: Joann Jett, Loverboy, Hall & Oates, Reba McEntire and many others. Be sure to check the architecture, play some games (corn hole, air hockey, basketball) or just relax and enjoy the view!
