Amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots, with a Trader Joe’s close by for indoor cooking. 20 minutes from lax, easy access to all the beaches. One bedroom one bathroom fully furnished. Queen sized bed with extra air mattress stored in closet for more sleep space. Bathroom with bathtub, full kitchen equipped with microwave, Keureg for ground coffee/pods. Has an oceanview from the bedroom side, spacious communal patio, and has a heated pool for use all year round. Cozy unit, steps to the ocean with the infamous Avenue C stairs down the street for a good morning workout, amazing esplanade boardwalk right outside.

Yvette’s place was perfect! Could not be a better location. Cute and cozy with nice perks like boogie boards. Great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Yvette was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate requests and always communicated quickly. We’ll be back ❤️❤️❤️
Sweet little spot right on the water! Great deal for an unreal location. Every time an Uber dropped us off they told us how lucky we were to live there! Yvette was a wonderful host - super communicative and helpful. My husband and I were so grateful to able to stay here.

Yvette was great, responsive and accomodating. Her place is just amazing! The location was awesome, walking distance to everything and just across the street from the Ocean. Laundry service available in building and a heated pool! On top of it all, just 25min ride to the airport. Would love to stay here again! The area, host and airbnb were 100%! Thank you

Walking is extremely recommended in this neighborhood! There’s a wonderful plaza located in the riviera village just a few blocks away full of coffee shops, breakfast eateries, dinner restaurants, and more.
