This apartment is the perfect place to make the most of a stay in the heart of the city of Perugia. Equipped with all comforts, the apartment has a breathtaking view of the city and the Umbrian valley. The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a historic building located in a famous street in the historic center. The house is accessed via spiral stairs which will take you to a lovely kitchen with an extendable table and everything you need to cook or prepare a good breakfast in the morning. On the same floor you will find a lovely living room with a view, a comfortable sofa bed, TV with all streaming applications and two comfortable poufs. From here you can access a terrace where you can enjoy fabulous lunches or dinners with a breathtaking view of Perugia. Through another spiral staircase you reach the bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, and here too, a fantastic view. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom with shower, window and everything you need.

Cozy place, great location, highly recommend
A unique birds nest in Perugia. Unforgettable views over the terracotta rooftops. Assisi is in the distance. Steeped in history. Close to everything, including restaurants and grocery stores. Pam grocery store, just down the street. Absolutely exceptional service ! Samuele & Ilaria went above and beyond. A+++
Samuele è stato un ottimo padrone di casa, molto cortese e gentile, sempre pronto ad ogni nostra richiesta, con informazioni chiare ed utili. L'appartamento è in una posizione top, offre un ottima vista ed è ben curato. Unica pecca, per salire dalla cucina alle camere c'è una scala a chiocciola un po' piccolina e scomoda, ma essendo un palazzo storico nel centro di Perugia ci può stare. Per noi è stata una ottima esperienza.
Thankyou Samuele and Ilaria. You have been so kind and helpful. Our stay is a very memorable one and the place is amazing. It is close to the Minimetro so easy to navigate around Perugia. Shops are close by. Much to see in the location. There are many steps up to the top floor and the spiral staircase is narrow. It would not suit an elderly person unable to climb.
Semplicemente la vista più bella di Perugia! Casa accogliente e ben ammobiliata, con un panorama mozzafiato visibile non solo dall'ampio terrazzo ma anche dal salotto e dalla camera da letto. Host gentilissimi e super precisi! Torneremo sicuramente!

The Fontivegge station, also owned by RFI, is located just beyond the border with the centre, but is connected to it by the Minimetrò, the people mover that connects Piazza Umbria Jazz, in the Pian di Massiano district, with the Pincetto area. There are also three escalator systems.
