Located on a tiny street making it peaceful and quiet. Walkable to all attractions (mausoleum is less than 10min away), and for everything it's cheap to book a grab and drivers have no trouble finding the place. There is a convenience store 2min walk and a few more within 10min; big supermarket in a shopping mall is ~25min walk. Apartment itself is very spacious and clean; all appliances are new. During my stay it was heavily cloudy every day, yet thanks to huge windows it was nicely lit. I asked for a workplace (table, chair and extension cord) and had everything ready on my arrival. There's daily room cleaning service with two complimentary bottles of water. Washing detergent is not provided; it wasn't a problem, just keep that in mind. Cooking utensils were sparse: tiny pot, pan so burnt it's unsuitable for cooking and a dinky knife. I didn't need them, but if you're planing to cook at home, ask Eric for a better set in advance.

We had some trouble with the address which was not correctly mentioned on the site but the instructions sent were clear with photos etc. Read those first! The co- host Quyet responded immediately and informed the host, who changed it. The apartment is brand new. Very clean. We had a nice view on a renovated building opposite. The bed slept superb, with crispy white bed linnen. Not all details mentioned were available (kitchen was not fully equipped and no clothing hangers) but we assume that is because it is brand new and not yet finished fully. For us no problem. We highly recommend this beautiful spot!
