The gathering area provides ample seating for watching the big screen tv, games, or simply chillin at the bar. Also has a game room!! Outside, you will find a nice firepit area as well as an expansive enough yard where even the largest of pets can stretch their legs and get them zoomies out! Free off street parking spot in this safe neighborhood for your convenience. Very relaxing JET TUB notes- this is an 75 gallon tub. So IT WILL not fill with one tank of hot water. To use the jet tub please plan accordingly. Turn the water on and get temps the way you like. This will run to just below the jets. You will need to then turn the water off and let the hot water tank refill. Then you can get in and turn the water back on to fill the rest of the way. The reset time is 45 min-60 min to refill all the way. So after that time frame you can turn the water back on to fill it past the jets. We are working on getting a larger tank or a separate tank for tub it’s a big project. Middle button on the tub is the only button you need to use. It turns the jets off and on both. Thank you.
