Holborn is one of the most central neighbourhoods in London. Holborn station is less than a 5 minute walk away and has Central and Piccadilly lines running both east-west and north-south. You can take the Piccadilly line directly from Heathrow airport. King's Cross/St. Pancras station is a 20 minute walk away if you arrive/leave via the Eurostar.
Alternatively, Holborn is also one of the major bus stops in London so you will have access to majority of the major bus routes in London.
