This quaint semi-detached two-bedroom unit with open plan living area with kitchen is all you need to get away for a couple of days or longer. Property Features: Electric heating, TV, DVD, VCR, CD, Air conditioning, electric cooking, microwave, washing machine, single carport and small rear yard. It has all the basics that you need. Please note: No BBQ at property It is situated close to the Anglesea river where you can cast a line, walk along tracks to view the wildlife, ride the bike tracks or run the running paths. There are numerous things to do close by. Linen not provided - Hire available Strictly no pets Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks, etc) Forced move in days may apply over peak times. See terms and conditions Additional cleaning charges may apply for fireplace and BBQ when used by guest Just a few general words about the property. The unit wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, there was a musky smell to the place and stains on carpets and rugs. Bedding was very dirty and stained, I would never allow someone to use it. Very dissatisfied.
Whole property needs a decent clean and maintenance. Check in time is already later then usual at 3pm, but ours was bumped to after 4 due to cleaning delays. Note, while advert says that it is a quaint semi detached, it is 1 of 5 untis on a block, with shared walls, shared verandah, imposing neighbour carparks and very close proximity. no privacy, and not at all as described. Again- quite ran down, needs to bit of a face lift and a good bug spray.
