The Place cozy , clean true to description. 350 steps to beach front and maybe 80 steps going to the main road. Staff were warm and friendly. linens are crisp and clean air conditioned is working great. Very Affordable price range for rooms ... Thank You . HBD

Clean, nice and comfortable room. A problem is the noise isolation which is missing completely. Good for short term.

The manager of this place is a true gem, she will do whatever it takes to help the customer out! She will do her utmost best to make your stay magnificent. The husband of the manager took the effort to bring me to the pier and helped me with all the necessary requirements to leave the island. Great people!! The rooms are brand new and on a good location close to the beach. Definitely coming back

The Grospe Resort feels very private and well appointed. I enjoyed the easy access to the beach.

Loved it!! I’ll definitely come back. It’s a brand new resort in a top notch area. The staff is super friendly. The WiFi on the rooms are not that good, but it’s still an amazing accommodation.
