Wonderful location and home. Amazing views overlooking Denver. Abundant wildlife. Saw Elk, Mule Deer, and Wild Turkeys my first day at the property. Stayed for a month and would've loved to stay longer. Peaceful serene setting tucked into the mountains, but also within arms reach of the city for easy access to restaurants, shopping, gyms, etc. Host was responsive and had no issues during my stay. Internet was fast and reliable, was able to watch live tv with zero lag. Kitchen has everything needed to cook at home. Neighbors are friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our experience would have been better if the rental was better equipped for long-term stays, and if there was better attention to detail with regard to cleanliness and the more mundane household amenities such as cleaning supplies and cookware. Overall, we had a positive experience and enjoyed the location of the rental. We were able to work remotely for a month and experience Denver and further west as we had hoped. We would recommend closer attention to detail from the rental management, in an on-site capacity, to ensure that visits longer than a few days are properly supported. A walkthrough by management would have gone a long way in ensuring that we didn't experience the following: - lack of cleanliness upon arrival, especially toilet and sinks - broken glass on the bathroom counter that was shoved into a corner; found while cleaning it ourselves - refrigerator water filter needing replacement - dog poop all over the dining area of the garden left by previous guests - dull knives but lack of sharpener - clogged drain, master bath right sink - lack of cleaning supplies such as toilet bowl cleaner, scrub brushes for sinks, modern vacuum w/ suction, trash bags which were promised but never delivered - inoperable (molded?) outdoor grill/cooking area - picking up trash that a bear scattered all over the street Positives included: - location--a stunning spot atop Lookout Mountain, and perfect for anyone that wants to have access to the mountains and quiet outside of Denver/Golden, but still have the city amenities available within 10 minutes. Sunrise was especially glorious up there - refrigerator--massive, super convenient for all our groceries and cooking--may have to buy same model - AC unit installed in bedroom made the stay comfortable despite August heat (even up on the mountain) - wildlife--saw a lot of it and it added to the beauty of the spot The length of our stay made inconveniences more apparent, but when renting for that duration we expect to truly LIVE in that space, including our ability to cook and clean at "home". We appreciated the opportunity to stay at the owner's property and hope that our feedback helps ensure that the next guest has a better experience. We would recommend this rental for short-term visits for mountain-enthusiasts until long-term stays are better supported by Luxe Leasing.

Nice place. A bit DIY for me with some scary balcony railings and a few other minor things but nice enough for a quick month. Great views of the city!
