The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with crow's feet. The distance to the center is only approx. 2 km. City transport connections can be found close to the apartment, so you don't necessarily need a car at all. The apartment has been completely renovated recently, we hope you have a good time in the apartment. Pets are welcome in the apartment. In the fenced backyard, your pet can go outside freely, but please remember to collect your pet's waste. :) The kitchen is equipped with modern cooking equipment. Convection oven, induction stove and a really stylish and good range hood. The kitchen's extra equipment is an airfryer, which you can use to quickly make tasty french fries or even bake tasty muffins for your afternoon coffee. In the living room you will find a large sofa, where even a larger family is sure to spend time. There are puzzles and board games available in the cabinet for the younger members of the family. The TV has netflix, YouTube, disneyplus, and many other streaming services. An extra in the living room is a PS5, which can be used freely by the guest during the entire stay. The sound reproduction system includes a Samsung soundbar and a Marshall speaker. The bathroom has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You can enjoy a relaxing shower under the rain shower after the sauna. The cozy atmosphere of the sauna makes you relax in the heat of the sauna. The master bedroom has a 160 cm bed. 50" TCL smart TV, desk and chair. The second bedroom includes a 140 cm bed, closet space, and a fold-out sofa bed that offers good sleep for sleepers of all sizes. There is also a garage in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, where you can park your car to protect it from snowfall. The car can be heated in the garage. You can also park the car on the side of the road where there is plenty of parking space.
